Project Management
 Omega Financial Solutions may well assign a Project Management team depending on the contract
signed with the company. A complete project plan is the responsibility of the Project Management team.
Omega Financial Solutions' Project Management team will guide the project through a controlled and
well-managed set of activities leading to the successful implementation.
 The Project Management Team will produce agreed reporting at certain times throughout the project
ensuring targets and timescales are met and explaining the next set of activities to be taken. Finally, as the
project reaches closure, a Post Project Review is prepared showing the business benefits and re-
examining the quality of products after a period of use.
The Omega Financial Solutions Project Management team has extensive experience in software
implementation and working with clients of all sizes.
